Dr. Steven Rosenblatt is the first non-Asian licensed in the country. He launched the first licensing in the first five states: Oregon, Nevada, California, Massachusetts and Florida. Dr. Rosenblatt did the first doctoral thesis on Acupuncture in 1977. His subject was Acupuncture and Brain Waves.
